Rollin' Like Sisyphus

Quote Of The Year

Posted in Quote of the Week by Huckleberry on October 27, 2015

““I just returned from a gun rights meeting in Belgium, and I can attest that all over Europe people now want the means to defend themselves,” Gottlieb told WND. “Self-defense is no longer a dirty word. In countries like Austria, where it is still legal to own a firearm, gun sales are at record levels. I can tell you first-hand that people in Europe now wish they had a Second Amendment.'”

– Alan Gottlieb, executive vice president of the Second Amendment Foundation

A second amendment means nothing without the guts to defend it. It has been so watered down and twisted now that while veterans can’t obtain guns, illegal aliens have been ruled to have the right, as a right it shouldn’t be removable but is even before a court has ruled (domestic complaints), and it is easier to vote… which isn’t a right… than to obtain a permit to carry (a corruption as is).

So, tell those Europeans, if they choose to go that way, they can’t wobble or they will lose it quickly. Politicians, the rich, and any elite really, doesn’t want to have to deal with peasants. If they have no arms, or means of control, they are peasants. Then again, when have Europeans ever not been peasants. Whether kings or socialist/communist bureaucracies, they have always been ruled. They have never truly been a free people.

I think the only reason Americans chose to be free was because they escaped the European condition and tried to make it so that it would become the norm here. People just got fat and lazy, here, though. Damn it.
